Enter: Easy Spiced Pork Chops with Sweet Potato Purée — a Fall Inspired Dinner that brings big flavor with barely any effort.
We’re talking quick prep, simple ingredients, and a combo that just works. I mean, pork + sweet potatoes? Name a better duo. I’ll wait. This recipe delivers that perfect blend of savory and sweet, making it one of those Delicious Pork Recipes you’ll want on repeat all season long.
The real magic? The spices. They warm you from the inside out and turn basic weeknight pork chops into something borderline gourmet. And that silky sweet potato purée? Jicama Slaw

- 1/4 cup radish, also julienned
- Juice from 2 limes
- 1 tsp agave syrup (or honey as a swap)
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Spiced Pork Chops
- Heat your oven to 375°F.
- Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with kosher salt and the One World seasoning blend.
- Rub a little olive oil over the chops and set them into a baking dish.
- Roast until the internal temperature hits your preferred doneness. I remove mine at 145°F, then let them hang out for about 10 minutes so the juices can settle back in.
Poblano Sauce
- Toss the poblano, garlic, salt, pepper, and coconut milk into a blender.
- Blend until the mixture becomes silky and completely smooth.
Sweet Potato Purée
- Cook the sweet potatoes however you like—baked, microwaved, or steamed all work.
- Once tender, scoop the insides into a bowl. Add coconut milk and salt.
- Mash everything together until velvety and lump-free.
Jicama Slaw
- Combine the jicama, radish, lime juice, agave, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Give it a good toss and let it rest for at least 10 minutes so the flavors brighten.
