  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 12 oz frozen peas and carrots, thawed
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions
