Maple Chicken and Bacon Sliders - Perfect Quick Family Dinners or Party Appetizers

Some recipes just get it. They understand that dinner doesn’t always need to be fancy—but it should always be ridiculously satisfying. Enter these Maple Chicken and Bacon Sliders, the kind of bite-sized magic that disappears faster than you can say, “Who ate the last one?”

Built on soft, slightly sweet Kings Hawaiian Rolls, these sliders bring serious Food Goals energy to the table. Juicy Maple Chicken meets crispy bacon, all hugged together in one warm, melty bite. Sweet, salty, buttery—this combo doesn’t whisper flavor, it shouts it. And yes, your kitchen will smell unreal.

Here’s the best part: these sliders feel fancy without acting fancy. They’re perfect for Quick Family Dinners when everyone’s starving and patience is gone. They also double as Party Snack Food when guests magically hover near the kitchen. Coincidence? IMO, not a chance.

Each slider gets brushed with a rich, savory sauce that leans into Garlic Butter Chicken goodness—because dry sliders are a crime, FYI. The result? One of those Slider Recipes people ask for before they even finish eating. That’s how you know it’s working.

Soft, sweet Hawaiian rolls are layered with savory chicken, smoky bacon, and creamy Gouda, then finished with a glossy maple butter glaze. These Maple Chicken and Bacon Sliders come together fast and deliver big flavor with very little effort.

Ingredients

  • 12 King’s Hawaiian rolls, kept together
  • 12 pre-cooked chicken strips
  • 4 slices Gouda cheese, cut to fit
  • 4–6 slices bacon, cooked and crisp
  • ¼ cup maple butter, divided

Directions

  1. Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to fully preheat.
  2. Using a serrated knife, slice the entire sheet of Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping the rolls attached.
  3. Brush or spread a generous layer of maple butter over the bottom half of the rolls.
  4. Arrange the chicken strips evenly, then layer on the bacon and Gouda cheese.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls back on, forming a full slab of sliders.
  6. Transfer to the oven and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
  7. Remove from the oven and immediately brush the tops with the remaining maple butter.
  8. Slice into 12 individual sliders, serve warm, and enjoy every bite.
