Soft, sweet Hawaiian rolls are layered with savory chicken, smoky bacon, and creamy Gouda, then finished with a glossy maple butter glaze. These Maple Chicken and Bacon Sliders come together fast and deliver big flavor with very little effort.
Ingredients
- 12 King’s Hawaiian rolls, kept together
- 12 pre-cooked chicken strips
- 4 slices Gouda cheese, cut to fit
- 4–6 slices bacon, cooked and crisp
- ¼ cup maple butter, divided
Directions
- Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to fully preheat.
- Using a serrated knife, slice the entire sheet of Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping the rolls attached.
- Brush or spread a generous layer of maple butter over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Arrange the chicken strips evenly, then layer on the bacon and Gouda cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on, forming a full slab of sliders.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
- Remove from the oven and immediately brush the tops with the remaining maple butter.
- Slice into 12 individual sliders, serve warm, and enjoy every bite.
